MAP: Google autocompletes search suggestions for every county in Ireland

Ever wondered what Google suggests for anyone looking for information about your locality?

Inspired by a similar ’Google autocomplete’ map by London-based Aaron Gillies, Omar Sarhan put together a graphic showing the first autocomplete suggestion Google offers when a county’s name is entered into its search bar.

Limerick is beautiful, Longford is a dump, and forget Orange is the New Black because Down is the new up.

The data was collected by taking the first suggestion from an incognito session of Google.ie on Chrome and Sarhan posted the results on his blog.
