It’s a moment every Daddy’s girl can relate too - the moment you come home and break the news that you have found your first crush.

For two-year-old Kennedy Kirkland, it was her boyfriend Jared.

"Who’s Jared," her mother asks her, ruining the big reveal.

"Jared’s my boyfriend," she adorably replies.

That of course didn’t go down well with her doting Dad.

"You’re not allowed have a boyfriend until you’re 50," he tells her.

*Cue the most adorable reaction we’ve seen in a long while*

Turns out, Kennedy’s boyfriend Jared is her uncle’s roommate.

"He plays football in college, so we went to the game with my brother and she saw him there, so she informed us that he was her boyfriend," her mother Chelsea told ABC News today.
