The Waterboys, led by Mike Scott will perform at Live At The Marquee on July 10 next year. Their other summer shows include the 3 Arena on July 7 and Botanic Gardens in Belfast on July 8.
Known for their fearsome concert reputation, and classic songs such as 'The Whole of the Moon', 'How Long Will I Love You', 'This Is The Sea' and 'Fisherman’s Blues'.
The modern-day version of the band consists of double keyboard players Brother Paul from Memphis and James Hallawell. Their killer Irish rhythm section includes Aongus Ralston on the bass and Eamon Ferris playing the drums.

"The Waterboys live for the experience of playing, of feeling our music evolve and grow with each consecutive concert,” Mike Scott said.
“Nothing makes us happier than seeing a long list of dates like these. How will the music change? What will happen that's never happened before? How much fun and thrills can we and the audiences have? Come and join us,” he added.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, October 17 at 9am from Ticketmaster.ie.
Meanwhile, comedian Tommy Tiernan announced he will bring his new stand-up show 'tommedian' to the Marquee on July 4.
