The Imaginary

Anime — the blanket term for cartoons from Japan — has become a hugely popular genre in recent years, particularly on Netflix where fans have flocked to shows such as Demonslayer. The latest offering from the Far East is The Imaginary, about an imaginary friend who is separated from his creator with whom he must reconnect before he fades from existence.
