Fewer people live in all of Co Leitrim than are residents in many Cork suburbs. The peace and quiet is very attractive for people looking to move west allied with the fact that it is just 2 hours from Dublin and Galway. Movers Derry Lynch of Cora Systems in Carrick On Shannon and Sinead and Paschal Gillard of Jinny's Bakery in Drumshanbo tell Mary Kennedy why they have no regrets about their move.

TUESDAY

Best Place To Be, RTÉ One, 7pm 

Baz Ashmwahy travels to Berlin to meet Irish people who have moved abroad. Limerick chef Alan Micks has lived in Germany for the past decade. Baz also meets Belfast grocery store owner Neil Calderwood.

Northern Lights, TG4, 10.30pm 

This new mystery series from TG4 is about two strangers who meet in Dublin. In a flashback, Áine searches desperately for Seán, who has gone missing. When he is found, it's clear he's struggling with his mental health and needs help. In the present, Lloyd and Áine decide not to part ways just yet, and go for breakfast together. Meanwhile, on the Camino, a frustrated Denise deviates from the correct path. In a flashback, Seán and Áine fight about his recovery.

The Great Climate Fight, Channel 4, 9.15pm 

Kevin McCloud, Mary Portas and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall take their personal fight against climate change to the government, demanding change that could unlock a greener future

Brides from every corner of Ireland dust off their dresses and tell us the story of the gown and the era in which it was worn. We are introduced to wedding dresses and brides representing over 70 years of Irish society, each with a very special story to tell. We tell the tale of an island wedding with the perfect €100 dress and a Howth girl, a German carpenter, a 1990s wedding and a very fancy frock.

Cosy crime off the coast of Scotland. Tosh believes she has the murderer in custody and tasks the team with finding the evidence to charge. Calder suffers in silence with Jean’s revelation.

THURSDAY 

Deaf Not Dumb, RTÉ One, 10.15pm 

A new documentary explores the challenges of deaf education in Ireland, highlighting the historical issues that have prevented deaf people from reaching their full academic potential. Today, parents still have to fight to ensure that their deaf children have equal access to education using Irish Sign Language.

Underdogs, TG4, 9.30pm 

The Underdogs are back. And this year, they'll take on womens' soccer for the first time. With Ireland's world cup journey complete, a squad of women who have never played together before will train to take on one of the greatest teams in the League of Ireland. This week, the Underdogs are in Donegal where they face the task of having to choose their team captain
