Ah here!

PIC: Daily Telegraph claims Co Donegal hotel as British

Eagled eyed Twitter user Ken Fallon has spotted a bit of geographical error in the travel section of the Daily Telegraph.

Ken was catching up with the travel supplement from two weeks ago, when he spotted an article highlighting the Lough Eske Castle hotel in Co Donegal.

The report was all above board describing the hotel as “bursting with history” and “the embodiment of casual country living”, but one thing was slightly amiss.

When you look at the top of the page the section the review was in is entitled “Best of Britain”. With the nearest border crossing over a half hour’s drive away, we don’t think that’s quite right Daily Telegraph.

Ken sent the picture to broadsheet.ie and they posted it on their website.

So in summary the Lough Eske Castle hotel is NOT in Britain lads, it’s definitely in Ireland.
