Well, the folks at Facts decided to do just that, channelling their inner child to make crisp sandwiches out of anything and everything they could find. The possibilities are endless.

Just wait for 'The Experimental'. "It's like a party in your mouth, but instead of a party, just … pickles."

And as for the Simply Crispy Café in Belfast - they're doing well enough, it seems.
