Cleo the cat too hot to handle for Tubs

Remember the furore earlier this week about the Love/Hate cat?

If you'll recall, animal rights groups were up in arms after the moggy was machine-gunned in the opening minutes of the new series of RTÉ's crime drama.

The Animal Rights Action Network said the scene did "irreparable damage to their work of curbing violent crimes towards animals" while programme makers insisted that the feline was unharmed.

Anyway, that cat's called Cleo, and she was on the Late Late tonight.

Things didn't quite go according to planned…

As the old mantra goes, never work with small children or animals. Although to be fair to Tubs, he does have a knack with the smallies.

Not the cats, though.
