The latest music video from Paul Gogarty, former TD

"Radio" is the latest music video from Paul Gogarty, the former TD turned musician - now known as His Sweet Surprise.

Even those not too interested in politics might remember "Gogo" from his 2009 outburst in which he told Deputy Emmet Stagg to … well, it was rather rude.

The brand-new music video features a vintage radio museum, synth-pop and disco lights in a dancing studio.

We didn't even know Ireland had a radio museum, but the YouTube description tells us it's the Ye Olde Hurdy-Gurdy Museum of Vintage Radio in Howth, Co Dublin.

And if you're wondering about the name, "His Sweet Surprise", it was chosen because he "wanted something that separated my musical work from people’s perceptions of me as a politician and media figure."
