The Thin White Duke this morning released online the second single from his forthcoming 'The Next Day' album, again after teasing fans with an announcement via his Facebook page on February 18.

Entitled 'The Stars (Are Out Tonight)' and directed by Floria Sigismondi, the video stars none other than Tilda Swinton as Bowie's wife.

The video also features Norwegian model Iselin Steiro who is seen dressed as Bowie in the late Seventies look he adopted for his 'Low' album sleeve.

In the film Bowie and Swinton are seen as a comfortable, staid couple whose lives are transformed by a pair of androgynous figures, played by models Andrej Pejic and Saskia De Brauw.

It follows the first single from Bowie's new album, 'Where are we now?' - an ode to his Berlin days - which took the world by surprise when it was released on January 8, his 66th birthday.

'The Next Day' will be released in Ireland on March 8. Bowie has worked with long-time collaborator Tony Visconti on the new album.

So what do you think of Bowie's new music? Is he still of relevance in today's musical landscape?
