Clooney rules out real-life political role

George Clooney has ruled himself out of a political career and declared that politicians are far more cut-throat than actors.

He stars as a state governor who runs for US president in his new film, The Ides of March. The UK premiere of the movie took place in London's Leicester Square last night.
