Jackson doctor seeks dismissal of wrongful death case

Attorneys for the doctor charged over Michael Jackson’s death are seeking the dismissal of a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the singer’s father.

Attorneys for Dr Conrad Murray sought the dismissal in a motion filed yesterday in Los Angeles.
