Liam and Noel Gallagher are refusing to attend the BRIT Awards if the other does.

The rock ‘n’ roll brothers - whose band Oasis split last August following a huge bust-up before a Paris concert - are causing massive problems for BRITs organisers who have reserved a £14,000 table for the pair, because of their frosty relationship.
