Carey plans 'elaborate' tour

Pop superstar Mariah Carey is planning a spectacular new tour to promote her 2008 album 'E=MC2'.

The newlywed is in talks to kick off the tour in the autumn, and she promises her roadshow will be packed with glitz, glamour and fireworks.
