Washington to receive black education award

Hollywood actor Denzel Washington is to be honoured for his work in helping black students complete their education.

The actor recently directed and starred in 'The Great Debaters' - a movie inspired by a black college debate team battling an all-white Ivy League university team during the legal segregation of the 1930s.
