Mills fails to sue for prostitute allegations

Heather Mills has failed to fulfil her promise of suing a British tabloid over allegations she was a high-class prostitute - because she forgot to file the legal papers in time.

In June 2006, Paul McCartney's estranged wife was accused by a Sunday newspaper of sleeping with wealthy Arabs for cash during her time as a glamour model - allegations Mills has always denied.
