Bee movie stings stars
Rocker Sting, movie tough guy Ray Liotta and John Travolta will find they've become the butt of bee jokes when new animated film 'Bee Movie' opens in America this weekend.
Sting and Liotta both voice their animated lookalikes in the film, while Travolta's intelligence comes into question during a plane-flying scene.
Sting falls foul of bee humour when he's accused of stealing the idea for his name from the insects and has to defend himself in court.
He is later arrested by the bee police, who interrupt him in the middle of a yoga session.
Meanwhile, Liotta's film career woes are poked fun at when his animated likeness becomes the face of a honey brand.
As comic Jerry Seinfeld's bee character Barry B. Benson pokes fun at Liotta's lack of recent movie hits, the Goodfellas star erupts.
But it's a joke at the expense of Travolta that raises the most laughs - when the animated heroine of the film, played by Renee Zellweger, questions her ability to pilot a plane, Seinfeld's character remind her the 'Grease' star is a pilot, adding, "How hard can it be?"
