Lindsay Lohan charged with drink and drug-driving

Lindsay Lohan escaped felony charges today when prosecutors filed seven misdemeanour counts stemming from two drunken-driving arrests.

The district attorney charged the 21-year-old actress with two counts each of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08% and being under the influence of cocaine and one count of reckless driving.
