Elton prepared to sing Candle In The Wind again

Elton John is prepared to sing Candle In The Wind at the Princess Diana memorial concert next year if her sons give him permission.

John has refused to sing the emotional track, which he originally wrote with Bernie Taupin for Marilyn Monroe, since he performed it at the tragic British royal's funeral service in London's St Paul's Cathedral in September 1997, claiming to do so would be "inappropriate".
