Clooney mourns pet pig

George Clooney is in mourning for his beloved pot-bellied pig, Max.

It seems the 300-pound porker, who shared the heart-throb’s Hollywood Hills home and sometimes even his bed for around 18 years, went to the great trough in the sky on Friday.

The dedicated bachelor often referred to his bond with his late porcine pal as his longest-running relationship.

George said: “He was as old a pig as the vets had ever seen. I was really surprised, because he’s been a big part of my life.”

But the actor said he would not be getting a replacement hog. “I think Max covered all my pig needs.”
