Elton flees stage to vomit

Elton John had to flee the stage during his latest Australian concert - to avoid vomiting on his fans.

The flamboyant musician was just about to start playing classic hit 'Crocodile Rock', in Brisbane, when he felt the contents of his stomach rising.
