Cusack granted restraining order

High Fidelity star John Cusack has won a restraining order to keep a Los Angeles woman at least 100 yards away from him.

The actor, 40, filed court papers in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming Emily Leatherman was a threat to him, prompting a Santa Monica, California judge to rule that the defendant must stay away from Cusack and resist any way attempt to communicate him.
