Bowie stepdaughter 'taken advantage of by police'

David Bowie’s stepdaughter has claimed in court that she suffered a “horrible” ordeal at the hands of a New York Police Department detective, saying he took explicit pictures of her while investigating a claim that she had been raped.

Stacia Lipka, 25, has accused Detective Richard Vecchio of taking advantage of her after she was raped in October 2003, by taking sexually explicit photos, then coercing her into performing a sex act.
