Babyshambles are 'worst band of the year'

Controversial rocker Pete Doherty's band Babyshambles have topped a poll of the most awful festival appearances this year.

The British hitmakers have been criticised for a series of lacklustre performances - including a disastrous duet with Elton John at Live 8 - and also cancelled a number of shows at the last minute with little explanation.
