McConaughey: 'I didn't date Penelope on Sahara set'

Matthew McConaughey met girlfriend Penelope Cruz on the set of Sahara, but they didn't date until the movie had wrapped.

The pair's relationship was initially reported during the film's shoot in Morocco, after they were regularly snapped together - but the hunky star insists they were just good friends first, and only became lovers once their work on the film was complete.
