U2 set 2005 tour
Irish supergroup U2 will be rocking the world again next year after announcing a new global arena concept, which will kick off in America in March.
The group will begin dates on the 'How to dismantle an atomic bomb' tour in Florida on March 1, 2005.
Shows will include two separate North American legs and a visit to Europe, Japan and Australia.
The band has yet to announce a support act, but manager Paul McGuinness tells Billboard.com that fellow Irishmen Snow Patrol are among the favourites to hit the road with U2.
