Athletics company sues Britney

San Diego, California, athletic company Lite Breeze Inc has stepped up its legal fight with Britney Spears, claiming the pop star owes the company millions over the use of their In The Zone phrase.

Lite Breeze Inc bosses first filed suit against Spears in February (04), claiming she had infringed their In The Zone trademark by titling her 2003 album In The Zone.
