Bashir moves to US to work with ABC

Martin Bashir is quitting ITV’s Tonight programme to work in the US, it was announced today.

Bashir, whose Living with Michael Jackson interview gave him huge recognition, has been made a correspondent for ABC’s current affairs series 20/20.
