Victoria criticised over 'sad and desperate' PR stunt

PR guru Max Clifford has criticised Victoria Beckham after she was pictured with her hand down the front of David's trousers.

He says allowing herself to be photographed in a compromising position was a "sad and desperate" attempt to promote her new single.
