Affleck wants to play ball

Ben Affleck is pursuing the movie rights to a hit Broadway play about a gay baseball player who comes out of the closet.

Ben, of course, wouldn’t play any of the gay characters, but wants the role of the player’s best (straight) friend Kippy.
