New dancing and singing Shrek comes to stage

Sam Mendes is being linked to a surprising project given his past record of directing films like American Beauty.

USA Today reports that the Dreamworks hit movie, Shrek, will be adapted into a Broadway musical and it is rumoured that Mendes will direct.
