Spielberg wins top award

Hollywood heavyweights Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks and TV star Jennifer Aniston have taken top honours at this year’s Hollywood Film Festival.

Spielberg beat such international fare as Indian film Monsoon Wedding, and Mexican movie Y Tu Mama Tambien as well as the star-heavy Road to Perdition to win the Hollywood Movie of the Year Award for his direction of the sci-fi thriller Minority Report, starring Tom Cruise.
