Jacko's MTV 'Award' a misunderstanding

Michael Jackson was left embarrassed today after he proudly accepted a non-existent award for the “Artist of the Millennium” in front of millions of TV viewers.

Confusion arose when Britney Spears introduced the singer on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York to present him with a cake to celebrate his 44th birthday.
