Claudia Schiffer expecting first child

Claudia Schiffer and her film producer husband Matthew Vaughn are expecting their first child.

Schiffer is at least three months pregnant and the couple are "absolutely over the moon" at the news.

They married just two months ago near Coldham Hall, their mansion in Lawshall, Suffolk.

A spokeswoman for Schiffer said: "We can confirm that Claudia is pregnant and is through her first trimester.

"Matthew and Claudia are absolutely over the moon and think it is great news."

The spokeswoman did not say when the baby is due.
