Xbox adds new avatars

Microsoft has unveiled a new lineup of Xbox Avatars that will launch on Windows PCs this autumn and on the Xbox One and Xbox One X at a later date.

Microsoft debuted the new avatars during an interview with Xbox interaction designer Kathryn Storm on the Xbox E3 Daily Show, and confirmed the avatars are designed to encourage inclusivity and diversity:

‘Our new avatars are built with inclusivity in mind, with options galore. We want people to feel like we have endless options to really reflect who they are.’
