Users will be asked to activate Tinder Social, which then allows them to connect to Tinder-using Facebook friends. Groups can consist of up to four people and then assign a status such as “Watch the game with us,” or "Going to a concert tonight.” Tinder then presents other groups as "matches" and the usual Tinder process begins.

Tinder CEO, Sean Rad, said that this new feature "is designed to make it as easy as possible to plan your night, get out into the real world, and meet new people."
