A benchmark posted online reveals that the upcoming Nexus M1, otherwise known as the HTC Marlin, will be quite a powerful device.

Nexus M1 benchmark results revealed

The phone is listed as “Google Marlin” on Geekbench and racked up a single core score of 2084 and a multi-core score of 4969. That makes it more powerful than the iPhone 6S (4417) and comparable to the HTC 10 (4962). It is, however, significantly less powerful than the LG G5, and both variants of the Galaxy S7.

The tested handset is shown to be running Android Nougat and feature 4GB RAM. The processor isn’t named, but it’s a quad-core processor running at 1.59GHz, though this is likely the speed of the slower two cores. From the score, it’s believed that this device will feature the Snapdragon 820, though there are rumours that it’ll boast the Snapdragon 821 or Snapdragon 823.
