The Shallows final trailer - be self reliant

Blake Lively stars in a new film called The Shallows which is all about a woman trapped on a small outcropping of rock which is being circled by a nasty shark with a taste for human meat.

It's an action horror thriller film but also obviously a movie about learning to trust in yourself and stuff. At least according to this latest and final trailer.

It's a pretty good trailer, even if it does all but tell the audience that Ms Lively is going to survive her ordeal. And that's no massive surprise because the movie where the pretty young woman is eaten in the final moments is a bit of a downer.

So far the film is looking pretty decent, partly because its so limited in scope. But it was directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who previously made Unknown, Non-Stop and Run All Night, so there's also potential for naffness.

See it in cinemas in Ireland in August, 2016.
