I teach a range of education programmes to midwives and the multidisciplinary team - which essentially includes everyone involved in the delivery of maternity care.

We cover topics such as the promotion, protection and support of normal birth; recognition and management of maternity emergencies; neonatal resuscitation;, preceptorship (where staff learn how to teach and supervise students) and facilitation skills for health professionals providing antenatal education.
