VIDEO: Overtaking driver meets unmarked Garda car in oncoming traffic

A driver who tried to overtake a truck in a busy traffic area got a nasty surprise when they were met by an unmarked Garda car in oncoming traffic on the other side of the road.

While there was a broken white line in the road it appears the unidentified driver did not have full visibility to overtake.

Luckily, they didn't hit the oncoming vehicle but they must have got some shock when the Garda car flashed their lights and sounded the siren.
