Watch this stunt biker swap bikes in mid-air

There are stunts, and then there are stunts. For Pat Laughlin - also known as "Big Daddy" a flying BMX jump from a "Megaramp" is an everyday activity.

So to spice things up during practice in Shanghai, he decided to swap bikes in mid-air.

The stunt wasn't for show - just a practice session at the World Extreme Games - but it's an impressive performance nonetheless.

An extended two-minute clip shows some of the painful-looking failed attempts before Pat nails it: but no pain, no gain.
