Rare footage of elusive deep-sea angler fish will haunt your dreams

Researchers at California's Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute managed to capture this footage of a female deep-sea angler fish - an elusive Black Seadevil, to be specific.

It's believed to be the first video footage of this particular species - alive and at this depth.
