Taylor Swift sings Hozier’s praises to 44 million followers

Irish musician Hozier got an unexpected PR boost tonight after he was mentioned on Twitter by an influential pop star.

Taylor Swift seemed to really enjoy herself at a recent performance by the musician, who hails from Bray.

She posted a video to her Instagram account of herself and friend Abigail Anderson dancing and air-drumming while Hozier performs in the distance.

"When attending a Hozier concert, it's very important to accompany the band on your invisible instruments," she wrote.

It seems the singer was attending Hozier's concert at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta.

Her tweet containing a link to the video has been retweeted thousands of times, including a retweet from Hozier himself.

The pair were enjoying Hozier's performance of his song 'Sedated'.
