Has my mother another cataract in her eye?

¦ My mother, who is in her 60s, had cataract surgery in her right eye about 18 months ago.

It made a huge difference and she was very pleased with the outcome. Recently, she has noticed a change in the sight in that eye similar to before surgery, could this be another cataract?
