Dealing with musculoskeletal conditions

I don’t know the difference. I would be grateful for any help you could give me about supplements I could take and, if I need to go on steroids, what could I take to counteract them. The pain in my legs is very bad and walking is almost impossible. I am taking serrapeptase but it doesn’t seem to work.

>> Your new diagnosis is preferable to the old one. Fibromyalgia (FM) and polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) are both musculoskeletal conditions. However, FM is an autoimmune disorder which doesn’t respond well to treatment, while PMR is an arthritic condition which usually responds very well to treatment. Both conditions are common in women over the age of 50.
