It is not easy being yourself in a world full of judgment.

Sometimes it takes a little bit of bravery because quite often people would prefer that we fit into neat, easy-to-define boxes. Last week, British Tory MP Shaun Bailey objected to Carol Vorderman being a serious political commentator and posting pictures of herself on Instagram. He said: “if you look at her Instagram it’s all pictures of her bum and her boobs. So what is it here? She can’t be both.”
