The Menu: Head to the Déise next week for the Waterford Festival of Food

So flush is the fabulous programme for the Waterford Festival of Food (April 19-21) with wonderful events that The Menu is returning for a second bite of the cherry, readying himself for his own physical return to the festival after an absence of several years thanks to some deeply disconcerting cosmic misalignment of the stars.
