It is only in recent decades that The Menu truly began to evolve a deeper relationship with the Waterford seaside town of Tramore and, unsurprisingly, much of that has to do with food, as the town’s revival appears to be happening in tandem with its growth as a food destination of genuine substance, and this year’s outing for the neophyte Vitamin Sea Festival (September 15-17), very much reflects that change with the maritime- and sea-related programme studded with choice events of an epicurean nature.
