Now comes Crystal Gin distilled from their cider with botanicals from the farm — lavender, blackcurrant buds, and rosehips, plus French organic juniper, and cut with their own well water.
Tart apple, juniper, and blackcurrant bud aromas, smooth and refreshing on the palate with a crisp green apple kick.
Serve over ice with lemon or tonic and an apple slice.
