Slow Food West Cork host a delightful ‘Pick and Plant’ event (March 20) at Nick’s permaculture smallholding in Rossbrin, near Ballydehob.

a most glorious part of the world on the fringes of The Menu’s vast West Cork estate, with a wild garlic forage along the coast and shoreline as Nick himself imparts the gospel of permaculture to be followed by a wild garlic pesto demo from Frank Krawczyk.
